Smoking is only permitted in designated areas outside the terminals.

Smoking is strictly prohibited except designated areas. Penalty is 30 AZN (Art. 212.1, Administrative Code)

After Security Smoking

Terminal 1

Airport info added by Ricardo Severini, May 2023: Very Smoker friendly there is 2 smoking cabins on gate 1 and Gate 12 the airport is small so easy access to both, also a smoke cabin at arrivals when waiting for your luggage.
