Domestic Terminal 1:

Update from Nanja, November 2022: Smoking room near gate 18 is still available

International Terminal 2:

2025, February update from Keli.: Theres a much nicer smoking area upstairs in T2 (International). If you go up the escalator between the two security exits it's in the saigon cafe.   

2024 update from from Denim W. of Tavale Travel: There is also a smoking lounge near gate 17 in international. Both are pretty stained but they work since security lines take so long - you need one.
