Smoking is only permitted in designated areas outside the terminals and in smoking lounges.

After Security Smoking

Terminal 1 - Domestic

Update from John P., January 2023: Hanoi Noi Bai domestic terminal smoking areas are still current. Ground floor level straight after security between gate 3 and 4 also between gate 9 and gate 10
