From Airport: The lounge is located airside, past security. Follow the signs to the 'Premium Lounge' in the Departure Area. Hours may vary, and access may be restricted based on International flight-times.

Maximum 3-hour stay

If you dont have access to Premium Lounge then you may need to leave the terminal and enter the United States and smoke outside the terminal then going through Security again for your flight.
