Before Security Smoking

Smoking is only permitted in designated areas outside the terminals.

After Security Smoking

Update from Orhun, March 2023: Now i am in the simon bolivar airport. İnformation is correct you cant smoke inside of terminals. But one usefull information is for transfer passangers. You can enter the country even when you are transit. You need to pass immigration then go outside for smoking just outsite of the build smoking is permitted. Then once the flight time getting closer you can go inside and and pass the immigration again to exit country. But if you have do this because immirgration very slow.

There seems to be no smoking facilities inside the terminal

For connecting flights you may need to enter Venezuela and smoke outside the terminal then go through Security again for your flight.
