Update from Francesco, August 2023: 4th August 2023: I confirm, all smoking areas after security removed. Now smoking is only permitted in designated areas outside the terminals.

Update from Liam, April 2023: All smoking areas have now been removed. you can no longer smoke after you go through security.

Update from EK, Oct 2022: Glass smoking lounge in the middle of C area still open.

Update from Steve O., Sept 2022: Smokers glass cabin open at area A opposite workeat cafe (A17-18), cabin in area B still closed - seen 27 Sept 2022.

NAP smoking

Update from Matteo, August 2022: As of August 2022, there is a smoking area after security in area C between gates 17 and 18 (middle of the hall). The smoking area in area A is currently closed.

Update from Cat, July 2022: Smoking cabin is located in C gate area near the Work Eat cafe.

I have received conflicting feedback within 2 days of each other, they are:

  • From Justas, July 2022: Smoking area is still closed at gate A9, as July 2022
  • From Eryador, July 2022: The smoking chamber is active near gate A9. It can contain 4 persons. Standing only.

So I can not give any clarity of the present smoking situation.

Update from Nicolas, November 2021: Smoking room at gate A9 (after security) is closed as of Nov. 7 2021 (possibly a Covid-related closure?). No other smoking lounge available after security
