booth in terminal one, in front of gate 40
There is one small smoking cabin after
Security check at TLV Ben Gurion Airport Terminal 1. It is located
on the left hand side right after the security check, next to the
toilet.
There is a second smoking hub located between gates 35 and 36. Usually emptier than the other one. Feedback from Joana on the 31st December 2017.
Terminal 3

Tel Aviv Ben gurion airport has a
smoking booth in corridor E between gates E0 & E2
Smoking is only permitted in the Schmoozy Tapas Bar which has a private smoking area in terminal 3 departures before security.
There are 3 new smoking chambers, in addition to exiting ones in the middle of B,C and D corridors. This addition is very nice and makes the TLV airport even more smoker friendly. Updates from Shay L. on the 7th September 2017.
Smoking Booths are also at the end of corridors B, C and D in Terminal 3. They can be hard to find, but they are there.
