Smoking is only permitted in designated areas outside the terminals.

After Security Smoking

Update from Yakov, July 2019: Great smoking area in the terminal, outside, with sunshades benches chairs and even a water fall. Best smoking I’ve seen yet. Pics below:

There is an outdoor smoking area past security at the food court.
