Update from John P., January 2023: Hanoi Noi Bai domestic terminal smoking areas are still current. Ground floor level straight after security between gate 3 and 4 also between gate 9 and gate 10

Update from Stolbovsky, November 2023: There are also two more smoking rooms at Gate 22 and Gate 24.

Update from Josh, June 2023: Two smoking rooms. 1 at gate 32. 1 at gate 34. You can also buy 1 pack of cigarettes at this airport. 1.5 USD.
