Before Security Smoking

Smoking is only permitted in designated areas outside the terminals.

After Security Smoking

(Official Information) - At Debrecen International Airport, smoking is only possible at the designated areas, shown by signboards. Passengers can use tobacco products at two places at the airport, before and after the security check. These areas, according to Hungarian Law, are indicated with „Designated smoking area” signs.

Smoking is possible in an area in front of the terminal building and – after the security check-in zone – in another outdoor area opening from departure lounge.
On all other areas of the airport both regular and electric cigarette usage is prohibited.
