Terminal 1

Official info: Smoking Zone While the terminals in the airport are generally smoke-free, smoking is permitted at exclusive lounges in designated areas. Just follow the signs to locate them.

Terminal 1 - Domestic Departures Map  - In the website it is written that in terminal 1 there is no smoking areas. I was there in 1st March and there is one upstairs. Feedback from Kinga Kalocsai on the 2nd March 2018.

Terminal 3

Update from Glenn B., Feb 2024: Indira Gahndi International Airport (DEL) Terminal 3 - international departures After immigration and security Smoking area as you enter T3 gates after duty free shops (going towards gate 1-26) As you turn to the right wing (to gate 1-14), smoking area is just a few meters on the right across restroom (no pic).

Also… DEL also has small kiosk outside the smoking lounges where you can buy cigarettes from.

Terminal 3 - International Departures Map - Theres a smoking hall in the main departures area. There is another smoking area on the same floor as the food court, opposite the chidrens play area. Finally there are smoke areas accross from Gate 17 and opposite gate 6

Terminal 3 - Domestic Departures Map - There’s one on the first floor – between the eateries and the lounges, one on the left just before the ramp towards the gates (at the end of the food stalls), and one behind the flight display screens between the left and right concourses.
