Before Security Smoking

Smoking is only permitted in designated areas outside the terminals.

After Security Smoking

There possibly is no smoking facilities inside the terminal.

Update from Sam, Dec 2019: All the smoking rooms in Dalian Intl airport DLC has been shut down.

For connecting flights you need to enter China and smoke outside terminal then go through Security again for your flight.
